The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Sun Technologies ApS. Conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements between you as buyer and Sun Technologies ApS.

Delivery and transport Delivery of goods from Sun Technologies ApS is considered done when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of goods made with Post Denmark or carrier. All purchased goods are sent from Denmark (EU country). Customs clearance and VAT on goods are paid by the buyer in the countries where the goods are delivered.

The risk of goods purchased from Sun Technologies ApS. transferred to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. Complaints: Any errors or shortcomings in the supply from Sun Technologies ApS must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. Warranty: Sun Technologies ApS provides normal warranty under the Sale of Goods Act to private. For your business is warranty 1 year from date of delivery. COMFORT products we are extending the warranty to 3 years effective from d. 1/1 2015.

From d. 1/1 - 2017 extended the warranty on COMFORT couches on for 5 years. Warranty applies only to spare parts.

For many of our products can be purchased extra warranty on electronics, motors and hydraulics. Driving to and from the customer and labor are not covered by the additional warranty.

Cleaning of leather: Do not use products with alcohol. Leather should have 1x monthly care.

NB Never use detergents, detergent, solvents or other cleaners on leather. Previously, predominantly used soap, but because of the. Amendment of the tanning process, and the fact that most soap flakes are not natural (filled with chemical additives), it is no longer the proper care for leather.
